Holocaust Museum - Childrens Memorial - the varying lengths of broken off columns represent the lives of the many children killed during the Holocaust. The varying lengths represent the different ages and accomplishments of each child, and the shorter ones a bigger loss.

Holocaust Museum - Children's Memorial - Inside the memorial, you enter a darkened hallway and see "thousands" of candles in the windows - all are the reflection of 1 single candle. Blow it out and all the reflections are gone. Lose one life and you lose all the contacts that one person can make.
